Our Core Package (Stages 1-4a as set out below) are designed to give you everything you need in terms of Statutory permissions, information, drawings and specifications which will enable you to take the project forward to completion directly with your contractor.
In additional to the Core Package, we also offer a range of additional services (Stage 4b-7) that are optional and will depend on your budget and needs.
These additional services include iMAC architecture assisting beyond the approval stages to help manage, guide and support you through the whole project until completion and handover.
The size of projects are typically between £50K to £2Million, our fees are tailored based on the exact scope agreed and complexity involved however we have included some typical ranges per service below for a new build home, the ranges for extensions and renovations will vary further, please contact us for more information.
